I asked a question about sculpting a full face appliance which allows the face to move freely. When sculpting, Kristyan suggested that a gap of a ten pence piece should be laft af the corner of the mouth. This would then help to discourage the appliance from unsticking. If the piece does come un-stuck,

the appliance should be peeled back and cleaned with IPA, then re adhered to the skin.

I asked Krystian about the method of creating a foam appliance with a silicone skin. In response, the method was explained, though this was a very complex process ans multiple molds were rewuired at different stages to produce the two layers separately to fit within eachother.
