Character 2 - Weight
The designs below are a reflection of my idea to craete an advert to raise awareness for anorexia. This makeup is to reflect the result of the psychology of how anorexia affects an individual. In this case it is taken to a dramatic level to give a shock appeal to the audience. The purpose if this advert is to ensure that it is remebered, as an advert should be.

For the weighty hip piece, I wanted to use Foam Latex as this would be most suitable where weight may be an issue. However I would need an oven t bake it in. So as an alternative I will try both silicone and gelatine to see which is most appropriate. I wanted to try using foam for the larger hip piece as I thought this would be a new challenge to both apply and match the colour to the skin.
FX Skin Illustrator Pallette
Both of these appliances will be pigmented with a skin tone. They will then be enhanced with skin illustrators to create more depth and realism.
Alternatively, I could use skin sculpt to create an organic appearance for my wound. To recreate this more than once, I would have to constantly refer back to my design to ensure it looks the same each time.

Pre coloured yellow fat using oil paint
To mould this as a sculpt and makea two piece mould from fibreglass. I would need, three pigmented cupos of silicone, weighed out to what's required, this would enable me to paint in a thick silicone layer on both sides of my mould. I would then inject gelatine to fill the silicone skin whilt it is stil in the mould. To enable me to inject the mould, I will have to drill a hole in an appropriate place without affecting the sculpt.
