Existing strategies aree mentioned to give  a motivational attitude to work along side other campaigns and changes made to make healthier lives.

Families and children are targeted as these are most at risk of obesity affecting them.

This carefully planned out campaign looks at different factors to weight loss. 

From this campaign, they are aiming to educate people into changing their behaviour towards food. Lack of education of healthy diests and types of food, is a major factor in weight gain and obesity, especially where families are concerned.

This video demonstrates the harsh reality of what goes into our bodies when we choose to eat fatty foods. Saturated fats especially target our arteries and decrease blood flow, as it clogs them with fat.
