Anatomy
Looking at anatomy of the human body, the rib cage sits, I need to consider the bone placement as the lower rib bones show through the wounded side of my design.
These images will help me to rpoduce an accurate design for the owunded prosthetic area. It should also be able to aid me in placing the fatty tissue on the opposing side accurately.
This front view of the ribs will help me to determine the angle and how much of the rib will be shown in my prosthetic.
This side view will also help me in designing the wound when refering to size and shape of the ribs which may be revealed.

This muscle detail will help me to decide on the amount of muscle, fat and tissue is expected on this area of the body.
Cappilaries
Gunther Von Hagen
German anatomist, Gunther Von Hagen displays anatomy of the human body, preserved to keep the tissue fresh. There are different levels we see such as, flesh layer, tissue, cappilaries, muscles, skeleton and organs.
Looking at the side torso of the body, there are fewer cappilaries which mens there wouldn't be a large amount of blood flowing from the side wound. This image also shows how much of the cappilaries and vessels are shown on top of the ribs, and in this case, not so many.

Wounds
Catanese, C.A. 2009.Pp 242, 246.
These wounds are a result or sharp objects. These images are helpful to dee how thick layers of fat are under the skin. The third figure is particulaarly interesting for texture. This image was helpful for sculpting my prop and my hip wound. However my sculpt must refect roucher edges as it is not recisely done ith a knife but with bare hands.

This diagram gives a clear progression of how and where particular areas hold fat. These tend to the hips, thighs and stomach.
Moschillo, F. 2014
This image shows where fat sits and builds up on the body. These areas are the target areas for fat to cling. So my sculpts should match up with this biology in order to capture a realistic impression of fat and organic materials.
Debreceni, T. 2013
The muscles beneath the skin determin how the skin appears and how the persons figure looks from the outside. As fat sits on top of the muscle, certain areas of fat move more than others, meaaning areas of fat will usually be thicker in those areas which don't have much movement.
This image explains how the face changes throughout each decade. As we age, wrinkles appear and deepen, Wrinkles sit opposite to the direction of the muscle. By looking at the diagram of the face muscles on the left, you can work out and understand why certain wrinkles lie the way they do.
